MediLap Technologies Unveils Next-Gen 4K 3D Laparoscopic System

MediLap Technologies today announced the launch of its latest laparoscopic imaging system, the MediLap UltraView 4K-3D. The new system combines ultra-high-definition 4K resolution with real-time 3D visualization, offering surgeons unprecedented depth perception and image clarity during minimally invasive procedures.

 

According to Dr. Wei Chen, Chief Medical Officer at MediLap, the system reduces visual fatigue and improves surgical precision, especially in complex procedures such as gastrectomy and colorectal surgery. The UltraView also features a compact articulating arm and AI-assisted auto-focus, allowing seamless integration into existing OR setups.

 

The system has received CE marking and is expected to begin shipping to European and Asian markets in Q3 2026. MediLap plans to showcase the UltraView at the upcoming World Laparoscopic Surgery Congress in Singapore.
